Regulations for participation in sports competitions Inter Active Sport Club

Based on the provisions of par. 9 and 10 of the Statute of the Association under the name Inter Active Sport Club (hereinafter: Club) - the following rules for the organization and participation in group club projects in the field of sport (hereinafter referred to as: Competitions) are established:

1. The club creates the conditions for conducting amateur Competitions in various sport disciplines, directed at the development of physical culture of the people participating in them (hereinafter: Players), with the option of creating professional teams that meet the league conditions. Playing is also understood as training and tournaments.

2. The places of the games are sports facilities (sports fields, gyms, etc.) and logistic security related to them.

3. Dates and places The games, limits of available places and reservations made (entries) in particular Matches and additional conditions of participation in them (including the amount of participation fees) are set by the Club, which informs them on the Club's website (communications) or by email.

4. Participants in the Competitions are Players taking an active part in the Games, co-sponsored by Players or free bonuses, funded by funds obtained by the Club from local governments (municipal, municipal, and district) as part of their duties towards local communities.

5. Decision on participation in the Competition was made consciously and on its own responsibility, which also applies to the state of health.

6. Protection against the negative effects of unforeseen events during the Competitions (accident, illness, civil liability, etc.) belongs to the Player or his legal guardian, which concerns obtaining appropriate insurance policies and reporting to the health insurance system at home or abroad ( ZUS / NFZ, EKUZ, etc.). In this respect, the Club is not responsible for any accidents and adverse events that arose during the Competitions.

7. Taking care of your own belongings brought to the place of Competitions belongs to the Player or his legal guardian in the sense that he protects him on his own and the Club is not responsible for the loss, destruction, loss, damage, theft, etc. of such property.

8. At the time and place of the competition, the Player is obliged to comply with generally accepted rules of social interaction and rules of order and security, as well as personal culture standards (fair play) and behaving in a way that does not endanger the safety of other people. In this regard, the Player - in cases of: offensive or aggressive behavior towards other players or outsiders, ignoring the recommendations and instructions of the Leader of the Game or Captain of Team, being under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants, not following these Regulations, should take into account the possibility of excluding him from participating in the Competitions at any stage and depriving him of the right to participate in Future Competitions.

9. The co-payment contributions for participation in the Games are collected on individual accounts of the Players in the club Sports Fund and are accounted for according to the criteria given in the Communications referred to in point 3 above.

10. The co-participation contributions include refunding by the Athletes of the calculated part of the costs related to their participation in the Games.

11. Booking (registration) for the Compettions is carried out using the booking form on the Club's website. The player may simultaneously reserve a share in the greater number of available games. The effectiveness of the booking, apart from the positive balance of the Player's balance on an individual account in the Sports Fund, depends on the acceptance of these Regulations by the acceptance button when making the booking. Effective booking means at the same time the Player's commitment to participate in the reserved Competition in person.

12. In matters arising from these Regulations (limits, reservations, confirmations, exchange of letters, current information, etc.), communication with the Club is established electronically to the address info@intersportclub.com and the communicator on facebook or directly (at meetings).

13. If necessary, these rules may be further clarified by the Club (Announcements) with respect to individual or cyclical games, which will constitute an integral part of the Regulations.

14. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Event Regulations shall apply accordingly (link: https://www.intersportclub.com/regulamin-wydarzen.html)

15. Protection of personal data.

a. To protect the personal data of Players acquired for the purpose of proper implementation of these Regulations and for promotional and marketing purposes, the provisions of REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.

b. Acceptance by the Player or his legal guardian of these Regulations means, as regards the protection of personal data, in particular, voluntary consent to the collection of his data resulting from the booking and the recruiting forms, and consent to photograph and film his image, also publishing them on the Club's website at www.intersportclub.com, related to participating in the Competitions.

c. The Administrator of Personal Data in accordance with the above mentioned provisions is the Inter Active Club Sport Club Association KRS 366134671.
